Refund & Cancellation Policy

MITHYA GAMES believes in helping its customers as far as possible and therefore follows a liberal cancellation and refund policy. This document outlines the scenarios and terms under which refunds and cancellations may occur.

1. Cancelled or Abandoned Games

• If any fixture within a game is cancelled or abandoned without an official result, all game entries shall be considered void.
• In such cases, the full contribution amount will be refunded to the User.
• No prizes, winnings, or platform fee charges will be applicable to these voided games.

2. Failed Transactions

If a transaction is successful (money charged) but the corresponding amount is not credited to your Account within 24 hours, you must:

• Inform us via email at mayank@mithyagames.com from your registered email address.
• Include the following details:
  • Wallet address
  • Transaction amount
  • Transaction date
  • Transaction ID

If, upon investigation, it is confirmed that the funds were charged without balance credit, the full amount will be refunded within 7 business days. All such refunds will be credited directly to your MITHYA GAMES Account.

3. Game Cancellation by the Company

• The Company reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any contest or game, whether ongoing or upcoming, without prior notice.
• In such cases, the contribution amount will be refunded to all participants.
• The refund will be processed by instructing the Agent on behalf of the User (to which the User explicitly consents).

4. User-End Issues (No Refund)

Refunds will not be issued if you are unable to play due to:

• Slow or unstable internet connection
• Hardware or software failures on your device
• Low system configuration
• Any issues not attributable to the Company

5. Technical Failures on the Platform

If a game is affected by technical failures on the Company's end, such as:

• Server crashes
• System breakdowns
• Software bugs or malfunctions

Then:

• The game may be cancelled.
• The participation amount will be refunded after verification.
• No service/platform fee will be deducted.
• The Company is not liable for any expected winnings from the incomplete game.

6. Network/Connection Issues

• The Company is not liable for disconnections, lag, freezing, or interference due to the User's device or internet/network.
• In all such cases, no refund or compensation shall be entertained.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

• In rare and exceptional cases, the Company may issue a refund at its sole discretion.
• Such refunds may be subject to cancellation charges and applicable taxes, including GST on deposits.

This policy is governed by the terms and conditions of use of the platform. By participating in any game or transaction, you agree to these terms.
